How we work

Your business is safe with us.

Because of the nature of our work, we operate under a confidentiality agreement at all times. We have our own template but we would be happy to sign your standard agreement so that confidential information can be safely disclosed.

Our basic mantra is “stage-based fixed fees, with no surprises”.

At the start of each phase of our engagement we will agree with you the specific deliverables that we will produce – perhaps a 20-point health check, or a five-stage recovery plan.

We will agree a fee with you for that engagement and that is your only commitment to us. Our commitment to you is that we will produce what we have agreed to the standards you require.
