Are you just another Project Management Body Shop?

No! We specialise in Project Recoveries, but we also offer HealthChecks and StartUp support. Our OutSourcing service is best utilised after we have worked together on one of these other initiatives – when we both know each other, and we know how to work together successfully.

Why should we undertake a HealthCheck?

HealthChecks are usually for organisations who sense that if they don't do something sooner, they could be looking at a full Project Recovery programme later. There are many other reasons for having a HealthCheck - not the least of which is to get the 'clean bill of health' you know you'll get from an independent, authoritative third party. Perhaps your Board needs reassurance, or you need to convince a third-party that you're achieving your goals.

Do you specialise in particular products or packages – Oracle, SAP etc?

We try not to!

Whilst individual TPB consultants have specific experience on most major software packages, we are unlikely to require detailed involvement in specific product issues. Moreover, we also find that an independent perspective leads to the best results for all.

Would you represent us in court as expert witnesses?

Some of our consultants have fulfilled this role in the past and we certainly have the credentials and standing, but . . .

We see litigation as failure, have no love of legal processes and as a rule we're pretty sure you want to avoid lawyer's fees! We will always strive to keep all parties away from court unless there really is absolutely no other alternative.
